Occupational Health and Safety Program
Everyone (employees/students) engaged in animal care and use programs at KSU must enroll in the Occupational Health and Safety Program. To initiate the enrollment process, first, fill out and sign OHSP Form 1 (Occupational Risk Assessment) and return it to the URCO. Second, fill out and sign OHSP Form 2 (Health Risk Assessment) and return it to Mercy West Occupational Health Service. If you should have any questions please contact the URCO at comply@ksu.edu.
