Annual Security Reports

As part of monitoring campus environment and safety issues, the Office of Student Life prepares and maintains campus safety reports in accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act).

The report contains crime statistics from the previous three years that were reported to local police agencies, or to campus security authorities that occurred at the following locations:

  1. On campus.
  2. In certain off-campus buildings, owned, or controlled by K-State.
  3. Public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.

The statistics in the report reflect the number of criminal incidents reported to the various authorities. The report also includes institutional policies concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
