Apostille For Transcript

 

The first step is for you to request a transcript from K-State to be sent to you or the Secretary of State.  (If you want your transcripts sent directly to the Secretary of State, you will need to contact the Secretary of State to coordinate payment and the required letter.) Please go to the link below for transcript information and ordering.

Be sure to choose the paper transcript option when requesting the Apostille. Please indicate on the transcript request form in the “Instructions Section” that the transcript needs to be NOTARIZED for the Apostille process. We will print the transcript(s) and notarize. Transcript requests are processed are normally processed in one to three days upon receipt, unless Urgent Processing is selected, then the request is processed by the next business day.

 

When you receive the notarized transcript, send $7.50 per official document with the notarized transcript to the address below for the completion of the Apostille.

Be sure to include a brief description to the Office of Secretary of State of what you are wanting done, for what country, and the number of documents being authenticated. Include a self addressed stamped envelope or prepaid envelope for the documents to be returned to you.
