Description of Research

John’s recent research focus has been in the area of interpersonal intragroup organizational conflict.  John has also published/presented work in the areas of: 360-degree feedback, engagement and flow, leadership, training, and trust, among others.

Education

John holds a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution from Kansas State University.  John graduated Cum Laude from Morningside College in Sioux City, IA where he obtained Bachelor’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Business Administration with an Emphasis in Human Resource Management.

Work

John is a Consortium Research Fellow for the U. S. Army Research Insitute for the Behavioral & Social Sciences at the Fort Leavenworth Leadership Development Research Unit.
