Description of Research

Master's Research - Investigating the affect of core self-evaluation on an individual's preference toward various pay plans, how this congruence/incongruence affects job and pay satisfaction, and how this relationship may be moderated by the emphasis placed on the importance of money by an individual.

Additional Research Interests - Investigating how dyadic relationships between supervisors and subordinates with congruent or incongruent adult attachment styles may affect the quality of their working relationship, as conceptualized by leader-member exchange theory.

Investigating whether a leader that is suffering or benefiting in various ways by pursuing a course of action will significantly influence follower's perceptions of the leader, and if this influence will be affected by various personality characteristics of the followers.
