Jessica McManus
Advisor: Dr. Donald Saucier
Description of Research
I am interested in the prejudice towards and discrimination of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Currently I am researching the ways in which attitudes toward these individuals parallels attitudes that have been researched on other stigmatized groups such as racial minorities, women, homosexuals, and people diagnosed with mental health disorders.
