Purpose: To provide funds that can be used to enhance the functioning of the Department of Psychology.

Purpose: To provide funds that can be used for faculty and student research projects in the Department of Psychology.

Q83600 The John C. Peterson Scholarship
Purpose: To honor the memory of Dr. Peterson by providing scholarships to needy students majoring in psychology and to the winners of the Peterson Prize for the Outstanding Graduating Senior in Psychology and the winners of the E Jerry Phares Award for Outstanding Undergraduate Research in Psychology.

Q83600 Doreen Shanteau Undergraduate Research Award in Psychology
Purpose: The purpose of this award is to perpetuate the memory of Doreen Shanteau and to provide financial assistance to outstanding undergraduate researchers enrolled in the Department of Psychology.
