Established in 1990 by Helen Brockman to provide temporary lodging for visitors interacting with undergraduate students, the Brockman House is available for stays of three nights to eight weeks. Managed by the KSU Foundation, the fully furnished apartment has one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one bathroom with a tub and shower, a living room and fully equipped kitchen. Local phone service and basic cable TV are provided. Onsite laundry facilities are available in the basement of Brockman House.
2-6 nights: $50.00 minimum (for 2 nights) or $25.00/night x 3-6 nights; or
$150.00 whichever is less.
7-29 nights: $150.00 minimum (for 7 nights) or $22.00/night x 8-29 nights; or
$600.00 whichever is less.
2-6 nights: $75.00 minimum (for 2 nights) or $37.50/night x 3-6 nights; or
$225.00 whichever is less.
7-29 nights: $225.00 minimum (for 7 nights) or $33.00/night x 8-29 nights; or $900.00 whichever is less.

Located in the “penthouse” of Edwards Hall on Denison Avenue, across from the College of Veterinary Medicine, this apartment used to serve as the primary residence for the hall director when Edwards Hall was an athletic dormitory. The furnished unit has two bedrooms with queen sized beds, one and one-half baths, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Local phone, expanded basic cable service, and ethernet connection are provided. Laundry facilities are available within the apartment. There are no minimum or maximum lodging limits.

Due to the generous investment by the KSU Foundation in two condominium apartments located at the corner of Manhattan Avenue and Vattier Street, visitors to the university have an opportunity to stay in these recently constructed condominiums. Each unit has two bedrooms with private baths in each room, a living room, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, and a balcony with spectacular views of the K-State campus. The bedrooms are keyed separately to ensure privacy and to allow for two departments to host guests simultaneously. Televisions with cable are located in each bedroom and in the living room and wireless internet service is provided. Each unit has a washer and dryer available for guest use.
Rates for Fridays and Saturdays of football and commencement weekends will be $125 per bedroom per night.
Payments are made directly to the KSU Foundation after a fully executed contract is returned to them.

Located in the Jardine Apartment Community this unit contains four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Housing and Dining Services will provide furniture, linens and cookware, weekly cleaning service, monthly pest control, maintenance, wired and wireless internet access and all utility costs. Cleaning service will include linen exchange, trash removal, and limited light cleaning. Academic departments will need to make arrangements with Parking Services to purchase guest permits. There will be no mail service provided at Jardine, so any need for mail will be coordinated through the academic department.
