| research interests: | Dr. Eckel's research focuses on experimental fluids, two phase flow, thermal systems, and indoor air quality. His work has focused on the implementation of environmentally acceptable refrigerants and on particulate flows, contamination, and filtration in indoor air. He serves as Director of the Institute for Environmental Research. |
