| research interests: | Work in Dr. Davis' laboratory focuses on a variety of areas, including the use of DNA sequence analysis and molecular graphics to evaluate nitrogen fixation and mutations of the enzyme nitrogenase. His research also includes plant-based bioremediation of hazardous organic substances using a wide range of analytical techniques to study the transfer of organic materials through the plant and soil system. |
