| research interests: | Dwayne studies food safety and security with emphasis in international trade and policy, animal disease, and historical events of relevance today. His interests include the security/trade tensions among North American borders due to concern about animal diseases. Dwayne recently began policy research regarding the Non-Hormone Treated Cattle program, the National Organic Program, and the implications of 100% BSE testing. |
