Facility and Capabilities

cattleK-State's College of Veterinary Medicine has excellent laboratory facilities for conducting pre-harvest food safety research specifically related to food animals and is AAVLD accredited. The Food Animal Health and Management Center is a research center diagnostic testproviding cutting edge research and information to the producers, processors, retailers, and consumers of food animal products. FAH&M provides data and management expertise at every point along the strategic alliance chain ensuring quality assurance, verification, promotion, and maximized profit.
