Welcome To The New KSU Pre-Dental Club Website
The club is making many changes this year, starting with a website for a new way to get organized information to everyone interested. Another great new addition is the oral health education program allowing club members to volunteer to teach elementary school children around the Manhattan area about oral health. Upcoming Events
Thursday, February 16, at 6:00 PM in the Student Union Sunflower Room, SSG Brian Romick will join the club to speak about the Health Professions Scholarship Program offered by the US Army. This is a great way to pay for dental school and offers many exciting benefits.
Friday and Saturday, February 17 and 18, the club will be attending the Kansas Mission of Mercy in Kansas City, Kansas. Each year at KMOM, thousands of patients are treated free of charge, resulting in over a million dollars in free dental care.
T-Shirts
T-Shirts can be picked up at the next meeting as long as you have paid dues ($10) and T-Shirt fees ($10 for regular shirt and $12 for V-necks).
Dental School
If you are applying for dental school, be aware of when deadlines for applications are.
If you are new to the pre-dental world and have questions about dental schools and applying, come to the next meeting.
