Emily Gaugh, President, called the meeting to order at 7:03 pm.

Jared Bolsen, Treasurer, gave a balance of $3903.80.  This balance was approved.

Aubrey Richardson, Ag Rep, announced that the Ag Council is requiring that we get funding request in 28 days prior to the activity.  Also they are beginning to work on Ag Fest, which is April 3^rd.

Charissa Wood, Fundraising, announced that Kickoff for the October 1, 2005 game is at 1:00 pm.  She still needs help the second half, between the hours of 2-6.  One or two people are still needed.  The sign-up sheet and an email will be sent to address this problem.

Crystal Gregg, Special Events, stated that she is still working on getting a speaker for the next members meeting. 

Rhiannon Jordan, Community Service, mentioned that the Blood-Drive is coming up on October 4-7.  She will be sending around an email regarding sign-up times.

Dr. Jennifer Bormann, Advisor, mentioned that she had received mail regarding Bramlage clean-up, a list of Ag students interested in Pre-Vet option, and the President Wefald Cultural Week.

Michelle Sullivan, Community Service, stated that the first Highway clean-up will be October 15, 2005.  An email regarding this matter will be sent.

Jennifer Reischman, Zoo Liaison, mentioned that Safari Adventure Days is October 13-14 and the Zoo asked if we would like to have a booth at this Event.  The board unanimously voted to not approve this event.  A sign-up sheet will be sent around at the next meeting for Spooktacular.

Beth Ann Leis, Social Events, announced that Volleyball is coming up and she will pass around a sign-up sheet.

Elizabeth Shepherd, A&S Rep, will have a link to the Jane Goodall Speech put on our website.

Emily Gaugh, President, stated that the last 3 officer shirts will be delayed until Monday.  Emily announced that the Agriculturalist Magazine ad was for spring semester not he fall semester.  This matter was voted on and the board unanimously voted to only put the ad in for the fall semester.  She was informed that Up til Dawn would like to have a guest speaker talk to the club about the program in the near future.  Aubrey Richardson was elected the Captain for the annual Telefund.  Finally, Emily announced that we will be collecting money for VMAT at the next member meeting and an email will be sent regarding this.
