Dale Herspring gave a talk entitled "The Relationship Between Nuclear and Conventional Weapons in the Russian Military" at a workshop on "Strategy and Doctrine in Russian Security Policy" co-sponsored by the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Center for Strategic Studies at National Defense University, Washington, DC, June 28, 2010.
Dale Herspring gave a talk entitled “Modernization in Context: History of Russian Military Reform” at a US National Intelligence Council sponsored workshop on Russian Military Reform at Centra Technology, Inc., Washington, DC, July 28, 2010.
Krishna K. Tummala, along with several international scholars, was an invited speaker at the annual meeting of IRC-20, of the International Political Science Association, held in Ljubljana, Slovenia during July 1 to 4, 2010. He spoke on "Corruption in India: Causes and Consequences.”
