Sam Bell will receive his PhD in Political Science from Binghamton University (SUNY) in May 2009.  He earned his BA from SUNY-Albany in 2004.  Sam’s research focuses on domestic forces in international politics and foreign policy.  He has an article forthcoming in Political Research Quarterly and others under review.  His teaching interests span a wide range of international relations topics and methods.  This fall, Sam will offer POLSC 543 American Foreign Policy and POLSC 813 International Security.
