Using our zenfolio site
Photo Services uses a self-service fulfillment site, http://ksuphoto.zenfolio.com/.
The site makes it easy to get your pictures quickly right from your computer. If you're having trouble with navigating the site, the instructions below should help walk you through the process.
To download digital products (select galleries only)
If you have a link from the photographer, point your Web browser to the link, enter the password (if required) and skip ahead to step 2.
- Navigate to the gallery you're interested in.
- Within the gallery, click on the picture you'd like to download. Or if you want to download jpegs of the entire gallery, click on "buy" and skip to step 4.
- In the top, right-hand corner under the search engine, click the "buy" option. A window will appear prompting you to select a product category.
- Click on "downloads," then click on the appropriate license.
- Click "add to cart." In the popup window, you can choose "preview and configure" to adjust the image, "view shopping cart," "buy more products..." to add prints to the order, or "checkout now." If you wish to continue shopping, simply click the "close" button at the top right of the popup to continue shopping.
- At any time you can click on "checkout" at the top right. Follow the instructions to checkout without registering, register or enter your username and password if you're already registered.
- Follow the prompts through to the receipt page. You'll have a brief wait until the "download all purchased items" button becomes live. When it does, click it and downloads will start automatically.
To order prints
If you have a link from the photographer, point your web browser to the link, enter the password (if required) and skip ahead to step 2.
**Note: If you're ordering prints for personal use you MUST order from within the public use portal http://ksuphoto.zenfolio.com/public.
- Navigate to the gallery you're interested in.
- Within the gallery, click on the picture you'd like to order.
- In the top, right-hand corner under the search engine, click the "buy" option. A window will appear prompting you to select a product category.
- Click on "prints" and then locate the size you want and click "select." Adjust the quantity using the plus and minus toggles. Click "add to cart."
- Click "add to cart." In the window, you can choose "preview and configure" to adjust the image, "view shopping cart," "buy more products..." to add prints to the order, or "checkout now." If you wish to continue shopping, simply click the "close button at the top right of the popup to continue shopping.
- At any time you can click on "checkout" at the top right. Follow the instructions to checkout without registering, register or enter your username and password if you're already registered.
- Follow the prompts through to the receipt page.
