Do you process E-6 slide film? A: E-6 film must be in our office by 10:00 a.m. and will be back at 4:30 p.m, on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. |

| Q: Can
you print from digital files? A: Yes. We can make prints from your digital files on CD's and 100 MB ZIP disks (PC format) any size, as long as the files are large enough to keep their quality in the desired size. |
| Q: Can
you take engagement photos? A: We have a studio setting for portraits. At least one member of the couple must be associated with the university, as a student, staff member or faculty. We cannot take photos of people not connected with the university. |
| Q: How
do I pay for my order? A: We accept cash and checks and credit cards for payment. Please have payment ready when your order is placed. |
| Q: Can
you make duplicate slides? A: Yes. There is a minimum of 10 dupes per order and will take 3 to 4 days. If your order doesn't add up to 10 slides, we will hold your order and combine it with other orders till we have 10 duplicate slides. If you need you slides sooner, there will be a rush charge. |
| Q: Can
you make slide from my digital files? A: Yes. The files must be set up in a PowerPoint Presentation and on a PC formatted ZIP disk, floppy or CD. Turnaround is 3-4 days. |
| Q: Can
I use your images on my web page? A: All the images on the KSU Photographic Services web site are copyrighted, and cannot be reproduced without permission. You can contact our office for details on how to obtain permission on reproducing a KSU Photographic Serivces image. |
