"Characteristics for Excellent Leadership"

Dr. English shared that when he considered coming to K-State, he researched the University.  During that research he learned about President Jon Wefald and read A University Renaissance, Jon Wefald's Presidency at Kansas State, by Robert J. Shoop.

Dr. English was impressed with Dr. Wefald's Eight Characteristics for Excellent Leadership and used them as focus points for his remarks.
