Message from our President

Greetings,

Welcome to the newly revised website for the DELTA Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated. We are a chapter comprised of distinguished men that pride ourselves with the work we do for the community and the appreciation we have towards both the Kansas State University and the Manhattan, Kansas community. The Delta Chapter is known on K-State’s campus as an organization that exemplifies what it means to be a community service based organization. Being founded by one of the fraternity’s Honorable founders, Charles I. Brown, we take pride in keeping the ideas and regulations he set for the chapter back in 1917 alive today.

In 2012, as Delta continues to move Sigma forward, we will commit to our chapter motto, “No Weak Links” by renewing our pledge to the high ideals of uplifting the community of the chapter and making sure that we are one collective unit and we are only as strong as our weakest link. We are striving to have this motto correlate not only with our chapter operations, but whenever we participate with the community we serve in. This is a goal that must transcend the lives of Sigma men everywhere. With each of us doing our part, our success is guaranteed!!!

As you navigate through this webpage I hope that you will learn more about our fraternity as well as see some of the things that we participate in on campus and what makes our brotherhood so strong and valued. We have many activities and programs planned for the school year on and off campus, so we encourage you to check back frequently as we will be updating the site periodically to keep you informed.

Again we thank you for taking time to look at our website and for your continued support of our chapter.

Damien E. Thompson
