EDUCATIONAL
MODULES
The PEAK-ED staff is currently developing educational modules featuring information about changing culture within nursing home environments. These modules are tools for providers to use as they work with their organizations to implement change. The modules are designed to provide education about change, examples from the nursing home profession, and to be project-focused. Facilities choosing to partner with PEAK-ED through use of the education modules will be expected to provide feedback on the modules through a brief evaluation tool as well as to plan, design, and implement projects based on the information presented. Although these projects need not be large in scale, they will include assessment components. Modules will be added to this page as they are developed.
