FHWA ALF PROGRAM     

Brief Description:

The FHWA's APT program was established in 1986.  The program is managed by the Turner Fairbanks Highway Research Center in McLean, VA. Two ALF machines are operated at the facility, the first installed in 1986 and the second installed in 1995.
