PROJECT TITLE :   Evaluation of Chemical Stabilized Subgrade Soil
SPONSOR :  US Department of Transportation (Pooled Fund of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska)
OBJECTIVE :  The objective of this study is to conduct full-scale accelerated pavement test, ATL Experiment No. 12, at the Civil Infrastructure Systems Laboratory of Kansas State University during Fiscal Year 2003. The experiment was selected by the Midwest States Accelerated Testing Pooled Funds Technical Committee.  This program is administered by the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) and is supported by the States of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. The purpose of this experiment is to compare the performance of subgrade soils stabilized with fly-ash, lime, cement, and a commercial chemical compound.
