FACULTY COMBINE TEACHING AND RESEARCH FOR SUCCESS

Striving for excellence is the goal of three award-winning faculty who think that both teaching and research is the job of being a university professor. They are complementary, each enriching the other, as well as enriching the classroom experience for both students and faculty. The three faculty members all come from different disciplines: James Shanteau, university distinguished professor of psychology; Christopher Sorenson, Cortelyou-Rust university distinguished professor of physics; and Elizabeth Dodd, university distinguished professor of English.
