WEFALDS LEAVE IMPRINT

From the Beach Museum of Art to Hale Library, from research funding to scholarship increases, Jon and Ruth Ann Wefald worked to expand K-State’s campus and improve student life. The outgoing presidential family legacy will still be present on campus when Kirk Schulz takes over in July.

SPRING BREAK SERVICE

South Padre. Cancun. Chicago’s Greater Food Depository?

This spring break K-Staters skipped the beach to lend a hand in Chicago, Phoenix and Dallas through K-State’s School of Leadership Studies. In addition to food distribution, students painted houses, built fences, and volunteered at five nonprofit organizations.

The Parents and Family Association helps you connect to K-State. Our website keeps you up-to-date on events like Family Day and Open House, which give you the opportunity to come to campus and spend the day with your student.

We offer you a voice through the Parents and Family Advisory Board, and you can participate in student recruitment events in Kansas and out of state, as well as help us raise funds to support scholarships and make enhancements to student life at K-State.
