ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  1. The deadline for Fall Semester requests was November 7, 2008, Thus, from now on all requests will come from the spring semester budget.
  2. A total of $7,859.50 surplus has been transferred from the Fall Budget to the Spring Budget. The reason for this budget surplus is due in large part to a shortage of funding requests. At this point last year CCAC had funded 31 requests. Thus far we have only reviewed 26 and funded 24.
  3. CCAC will meet next Tuesday, November 18, 2008. This will hopefully be our last meeting of the semester.
