After 48 hours or longer stay in Canada you may return with US $400.00 worth of products tax and duty free per person. Purchases may include 1 litre (1 bottle) of alcohol (must be 21 years or older), 200 cigarettes (1 carton) and 100 cigars tax and duty free. Family members may combine their tax and duty free allowances. Allowance may only be claimed once for every 30 day visit. Any purchases in excess of US $400.00 allowance may be subject to duties and taxes
