HCO The History of Canada Online

Northern Blue Publishing is pleased to announce web publication of an innovative new approach to Canadian history - History of Canada Online. HCO is Canada's first Web-based history text. Nine chapters are now available, telling the story of Canada up to the end of World War I.

New Website Provides Early Canadian Literature On Line

Early Canadiana Online (ECO) provides full-text of over 3,200 books and pamphlets (one-third of which are in French) originally published between the 16th and early 20th centuries. Subject areas include Canadian literature, women's history, travel and exploration, the history of French Canada and native studies. ECO is a collaborative project of the Canadian Institute for Historical Microreproductions (CIHM), the National Library of Canada, Laval University Library, Bibliothèque nationale du Québec, and the University of Toronto Library.
