Application materials will be screened using the following preferred requirements for skills, experience or educational background: Public relations/communicating (working with a diverse client group including face to face and phone interactions-bilingual skills preferred), one year or more of experience in general office, clerical and administrative support work, experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), two or four year college degree in Business Technology or related coursework, experience working with automated/online records management/database system, and excellent written communication skills (content of material submitted presentation).
Position Summary: Experience as a receptionist and clerical support in an office environment a must. Excellent customer service skills, public relations and working independently preferred. Composing correspondence, forms, and spreadsheets experience preferred. Experience working with diverse cultural populations preferred. Familiarity with faxing, scanning, scheduling helpful.
