International Admissions and Recruiting

We are here to help you with the undergraduate application process!

STOP! If you are applying to a graduate (master's or Ph.D.) program, do not use this application. Please go here for the graduate application.

To apply for undergraduate study, please submit these items:  
1. Online international student undergraduate application
2. $80 USD application fee

Kansas State University cannot grant fee waivers for the international application fee. The fee must be received before we can process your application. For how to pay the fee, please go here.

3. A copy of your passport photo page
4. Affidavit of Financial Support and bank statement
5. High school and university transcripts

Transcripts for ALL academic coursework must be submitted. If you have completed any coursework above the secondary level, transcripts must be submitted for this. This includes all university, college, vocational, community college, or technical coursework. If your transcripts are not in English, please provide an English translation in addition to a copy in the original language. Transcripts from U.S. universities must be sent directly from the registrar's office at that university to our office of admissions. Failure to submit transcripts for all academic work can lead to denial of admission or dismissal from the university.

All documents must be sent directly to the Office of International Admissions & Recruiting by email, post, or fax from each institution attended. All documents submitted become the property of the university and cannot be returned or copied.
