OEIE has many resources to provide to clients, including:

OEIE is committed to continuous quality improvement in evaluation methodology and practice. All Evaluators hold American Evaluation Association memberships for new developments in the field. OEIE staff also collaborate with other evaluation professionals nationwide to develop and disseminate models, methods, and instruments.

The American Evaluation Association
AEA is an international professional association of evaluators devoted to the application and exploration of
program evaluation, personnel evaluation, technology, and many other forms of evaluation. Evaluation involves
assessing the strengths and weaknesses of programs, policies, personnel, products, and organizations

The Evaluation Center
The Evaluation Center's mission is to provide national and international leadership for
advancing the theory and practice of program, personnel, and student/constituent
evaluation, as applied primarily to education and human services. The Center's principal
activities are research, development, dissemination, service, instruction, and leadership.
W.K. Kellogg Foundation
Mission of Evaluation Unit: To provide continuous, high-quality support to enhance
the mission of the Foundation by developing, capturing, and communicating useful
and usable information for key stakeholders and other audiences.
National Science Foundation (PDF)
2002 User-Friendly Handbook for Project Evaluation. This handbook was developed to provide
managers working with the National Science Foundation (NSF) the basic guide for the
