Career and Employment Services
Career and Employment Services provides career advising, skill development, employment connections, and resources to K-State students and recent graduates (within one year). Whether seeking part-time employment, a summer job, an internship/co-op, or a full-time career position, CES can help.
Individual career advisors are available to assist clients as they create a professional resume, develop effective interviewing skills, and identify job search resources. The website provides information about upcoming career events, career workshops, and links to career and employer research sites.
Activate "My CES Account," a free service for current K-State students and recent graduates to view more employment opportunities, refer your resume to employers, sign up for on-campus interviews, and find employer contact information to enhance your professional network.
On-campus student employment
K-State students can view part-time job openings by activating their free account with Career and Employment Services. Go to www.k-state.edu/ces and click on "My CES Account." Postings are also available on the student employment bulletin board on the first floor of the K-State Student Union.
Some campus positions will qualify for federal/state work study programs, other campus and community positions will be regular payroll jobs. Bramlage Coliseum, Housing and Dining Services, K-State Student Union, facilities, and Hale Library are some of the largest employers on campus.
