New Student Services Mission
The mission of New Student Services is to provide for continuing services and assistance that will:
- Aid new students in their transition to K-State.
- Expose new students to the broad range of educational opportunities offered by K-State.
- Integrate new students into the life of K-State.
New Student Services Service Philosophy
The service philosophy for New Student Services is very similar to the K-State philosophy of “putting students first.” We want to do everything we can to accommodate all students and to create a personal connection for them. We want to make them feel a part of K-State from their initial phone call to set up a campus visit. We try to do all that we can to accommodate what they would like to see or do while they are visiting campus and to answer the questions that they may have.
