*On or before Friday, April 6th, 2007 at 9:00 pm, OTY bids must be submitted online in PDF form to http://nrhh.ksu.org/otys.
*In addition, 2 unbound copies of the written bid must be delivered to the Putnam Hall front desk by the same date/time.
