National Agriculture Preparedness Confluence
Members of the National Agriculture Biosecurity Center participated in the National Agriculture Preparedness Confluence in Albuquerque, New Mexico on September 1, 2016. The purpose of the Confluence entailed discussions among Federal, State, Industry, and Academic institutions on agriculture emergency response and recovery training needs in the U.S. and related territories.
New Mexico State University, joining with the New Mexico Department of Agriculture, hosted this event in conjunction with the New Mexico State Homeland Security and Emergency Management Conference, the Southwest Border Food Protection and Emergency Management Preparedness Center.
