Symposium fee: $175 ($190 after June 8, 2012) The fee includes morning and afternoon refreshments, Monday box lunch, the Tuesday evening picnic dinner, the Wednesday evening banquet, and symposium materials.
Daily fee: $50 per day This fee does not include any meals. Online Form : Create an account or login, you will be brought to the Music Symposium registration. Mail/Fax Form: Mail the completed registration form to:
Music Symposium, Division of Continuing Education, Kansas State University, 1615 Anderson Ave., Manhattan, KS 66506-6015 Payment is required by the symposium date, but it does not need to accompany your registration form. Before providing the registration form to your school's or department's Business Office for processing, please fax a copy of your registration form to Conference Registration at 785-532-2422. Please provide the actual copy of the Agency Purchase Order (APO) as soon as it is available. K-State's Federal Employer ID number (FEIN) is 48-0771751.

Graduate Credit Attendance of entire Symposium required

begin at www.dce.k-state.edu/courses.
Type the class number ( #11778) and click on the “Search” button.
Click on the class title. MUSIC 811-ZA, Symposium in Music
Verify course and add to Interest List.
Answer “Getting Started” questions.
Complete the appropriate application degree-seeking or non-degree-seeking form.
Once notified that you have been admitted, create your K-State electronic identifier (eID), and enroll for the course through iSIS (K-State’s student information system).
Instructions:
Go to http://eid.k-state.edu and click on "Register now!".
Verify affiliation to K-State as a student with your WID, birth date, gender, and last name.
Log on to iSIS at http://isis.k-state.edu using your newly created eID and password.
Click on the "Student Center" link.
In your Student Center, click on "Add a Class" in the left-hand Enrollment column.
Select the correct term, and click "Continue."
Enter the "Class Number" from your Class Interest List and click "enter."
Confirm class and finish enrolling. A green check mark will signify a successful enrollment.
