ABSENCE POLICY

Members may not miss more than one CMENC meeting per semester.  If a member misses 2 or more meetings and is not excused, CMENC will not pay his or her hotel, gas, registration fee, etc. for any conference (including KMEA) or receive any other member benefits through the KSU CMENC chapter.  Those who have to miss a meeting for any reason must fill out an absence sheet PRIOR TO THE MEETING (except in emergency situations).  Anyone who does not fill out an absence sheet before the meeting will be considered unexcused.  Absence sheets will be available in the CMENC box in the music faculty lounge (room 109B) or click cmenc.absence.sheet.doc for a copy.

From the intersection of Kellogg (Rt. 54/400) and I-235, go west on Kellogg.  Exit at Ridge Road.  (As you exit, you will see the Best Western to the south.)  Turn left two times like you are getting back on Kellogg.  Instead of entering

Kellogg, stay to the left and take the Kellogg Service Drive.  The Best Western is on your right.
