For McCain rooms or for a piece of equipment, please email your request to Teri Breymeyer: mus@ksu.edu. To make a reservation for any time other than after 5 PM in All-Faiths Chapel, also please email Teri Breymeyer. For AFC reservations after 5 PM on weekdays or any time on a weekend, please submit the room reservation form so that Facilities may approve your request.

Students:
Please use the room reservation form (click on this link). Your applied teacher and piano accompanist (if applicable) must sign. Please submit the form to Teri Breymeyer in the Music Department Office.
