Within the Division of Biology and across the many of the biologically focused departments (e.g., agronomy, entomology, and plant pathology)there is a strong core group of researchers addressing questions at the interface of evolutionary, ecological, and genomic biology. There are two programs that I am part of that facilitate the interaction among these evolutionary and ecological genomic labs. These include the Program in Ecology, Evolution, and Systematics within the Division of biology and the Interdepartmenal Ecological Genomics Institute. Both of these programs has organized interactions that facilitate interactions among participating labs. These include the weekly Ecogen journal club (Tuesday at 4), the weekly eeb seminar (Thursdays at noon), the annual ecological genomics symposium (generally in early November) as well as weekly seminar series within Biology and other departments across campus. The following list of individuals represents groups with closely overlapping interests with my lab.
