Retroactive Credit Application

Before completing this application, please check our retroactive credit policy. If you have any questions, feel free to email (mlangs@ksu.edu), call (785-532-6760), or visit the Modern Languages Office (EH104).

Instructions:

1. Please fill in your full name, email address, and last 4 digits of your Student ID number, language of study, and primary college.

2. If you have never applied for retroactive credit before, please report all of the language courses which you have completed with a "C" or better at Kansas State University. If you have received some retroactive credit in the past, you need only report those courses you have completed since the last time you applied for retroactive credit.

3. The Registrar's Office now requires the date of the final exam of the class you took, please be as precise as possible.

4. Write any comments or questions you may have in the box at the bottom of the page.

5. When you are finished, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the submit button.
