ALERT CANCELLED: POLICE CONFIRM THAT BORONG LIU NO LONGER IN THE MANHATTAN COMMUNITY

MANHATTAN -- Kansas State University campus police have confirmed that Borong Liu, a former English Language Program student, has left the community.

Capt. Don Stubbings said the alert for Liu has been cancelled due to his no longer being in the Manhattan area. Although he has left Manhattan, he is still banned from K-State indefinitely and subject to arrest if he returns.
