FLU VACCINE CLINICS TO BE OFFERED AT K-STATE'S LAFENE HEALTH CENTER
MANHATTAN -- The influenza vaccine is available at Kansas State University's Lafene Health Center, with flu vaccine clinics to be Thursdays until Thanksgiving break or until supplies last.
Scheduled clinic dates are Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 and Nov. 6, 13 and 20. The vaccine is available for students, faculty and staff, as well as spouses and children 18 years or older of K-State faculty, staff and students.
To get the vaccine, check in at Lafene's front entrance on the scheduled clinic dates. Vaccines are available on a walk-in basis, with no appointment needed. As with all vaccines administered through Lafene, there is a required 20-minute wait period following the vaccine injection.
