Saluting excellence: Air Force, Army ROTC cadets earn awards for outstanding performance

MANHATTAN -- Kansas State's Army ROTC and Air Force ROTC units are recognizing cadets who displayed outstanding leadership, character and academics during the 2011-2012 school year.

Cadets who have received special awards include:

David Sage, sophomore in political science, Augusta, Air Force ROTC, National Sojourners Award; Jordan Kraus, freshman in history, Bonner Springs, Army ROTC, Reserve Officer Association Award; James Mikaloff, junior in construction science, De Soto, Army ROTC, Reserve Officer Association Award; Greg Miller, senior in psychology, Downs, Army ROTC, Military Order of the World Wars; Andrew Davis, sophomore in political science, Fort Leavenworth, Army ROTC, 2nd Lt.
