FORMER
K-STATE PERCUSSION PROFESSOR COMING BACK TO CAMPUS FOR PERFORMANCE
MARCH 4
MANHATTAN
-- A performance coming to Kansas State University will mark
a homecoming for a former K-State faculty member.
Anthony
Di Sanza, former director of percussion studies at K-State, will
perform at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, March 4, in Forum Hall at the K-State
Student Union. He and pianist Jessica Johnson will perform as Sole
Nero, a piano and percussion duo. Admission is free.
The
event is sponsored by K-State's Student Governing Association.
Di
Sanza, associate professor of percussion at the University of Wisconsin-Madison,
is on tour. During his stop at K-State, he also will give a master
class.
