K-STATE AT SALINA TO HOST EARTH DAY PANEL DISCUSSION
SALINA -- Kansas State University at Salina will host an Earth Day panel discussion Tuesday, April 22, at 11 a.m. in the College Center Conference Room.
The event is free and the public is welcome to attend.
Panelists and their topics include: John Doll, a business owner from Garden City, the use of coal and ethanol; Jerry Brown, a wind researcher from Salina, wind energy; Ed Plett, assistant professor of engineering technology at K-State at Salina, solar energy; and Ken Shultis, K-State professor of mechanical and nuclear engineering, nuclear energy.
