You are invited to participate in the Graduate Recruitment Fair of the 13th Annual MKN Heartland Research Conference in Kansas City, MO. The Graduate Fair will be held from 8 - 10 p.m. the evening of Friday, September 25, 2009.
The 13th Annual MKN Heartland McNair Conference brings together Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program scholars from programs throughout the nation, but primarily from the Midwest. McNair Scholars are planning to enter graduate programs of study. Most will have completed an undergraduate research project.

The registration fee for a six-foot table at the fair is $125.00.
Your institution may also place an ad in the Conference Booklet, which will be distributed to all students and staff in attendance. The cost is $50 for a half page and $100 for a full page. Ads should be submitted electronically in .pdf or .jpg format to Kari Azevedo.
For an additional $285 per person, representatives who wish to stay at the conference hotel and have dinner Friday and breakfast and lunch Saturday with the conference participants may register for the Room and Meals package.
All checks for the Graduate Fair, Ads, and/or Room and Meals packages must be made payable to "MKN Heartland Conference" and sent to the address on the registration form.
All graduate representatives are welcome to attend the student research presentations on Saturday, September 26.
The conference will be at The Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza at 4445 Main Street (45th St. and Main) in Kansas City, MO. The reservation number for the hotel is 800-228-9290.
