Layered into the difficulty of pigeonholing David Sedaris is the fact that he is often identified as one of America’s pre-eminent humor writers; nonetheless, he has not lived in the U.S. for over 20 years. This discussion will look at David Sedaris’ insightful comedic viewpoint of life as an American abroad.
