Mary KayMary Kay Siefers, Ph.D.

Mary Kay Siefers currently teaches Culture and Context of Leadership. During her tenure with the School of Leadership Studies, Siefers has taught all of the core courses as well as an elective course, Women and Leadership. One of Siefers’ goals as an instructor is to create a learning community that values each member’s experiences and life stories so that students can discuss pertinent leadership issues and learn from one another.

In addition to her teaching duties, Siefers coordinates curriculum issues for academic minor such as scope and sequence, course scheduling, and teaching assignments.
