Gilbert Davila, Ph.D.
Gilbert Davila is dedicated to helping students become inclusive leaders in a global society, showing his dedication by teaching three of the program’s core courses: Introduction to Leadership Concepts, Culture and Context in Leadership Studies and Leadership in Practice.
Davila also collaborates with colleagues to insure that a “uniformed” curriculum is in place to meet the demands of accountability, and provides needed research to support the program.
Previously, Dr. Davila was the coordinator for bilingual education/ English as a Second Language with the Midwest Equity Assistance Center at Kansas State University.
