Lets start here with our fearless leader, your president and mine, Mr. Ryan Preston.

Here, Ryan appears to be sporting a great warm-up suit, while running away from a girl that appears to be:
a) Bigger than him
b) Upset with him.

Run Ryan, Run.

While not on the field, Ryan Preston does a bit of coaching on the side. Taking notes from the sideline, he probably gets some good stats.

However, here he appears to have taken the Michael Vick approach, pitting two girls against each other, neither with pads. Furthermore, the one in the yellow may be deaf, as she seems to have no idea red-girl is coming.

Bad Ryan, Bad.

I'm not really sure where to start with this one. We have Mike Manns in the green, and Dylan Gfeller in blue. It looks like they're supposed to be going for the ground ball, but someone is more interested in getting their picture taken (did they tell you this would be the cover, Mike?).

It's also important to note that the girl in the green is very interested in this action. As far as I can tell, she either thinks this is going to end painfully, or she likes what she sees from behind.

Mike Manns, wearing the helmet, appears to be about to hit a girl. That ain't right.

Dylan Gfeller, however, has clearly taken some very constructive notes throughout the last drill, and is very interested in delivering some feedback.
